Great to finally fix a long and costly issue for one of our landlords in Liverpool.

After numerous visits from previous contractors and a lot of money spent not fixing the cause of leaks and damp it was great to find the source of the issue and put it right once and for all.

We reset all pots with capping, repointed the full stack and replaced the flashing to leave it water tight. Over a week on and it’s safe to say there’s been no further water ingress.

The team have been busy chasing again in one of our service properties.

Here we found a failed external expansion joint which was allowing water ingress which then bridged to the internal.

No problem to the guys, new applied and the internals treated and finished nicely.

Great to be on one of our commercial sites today with the team conducting an aco clean.

The clients car parks and some walkways where flooding due to the aco channels being full of leaves 🍁

Once we unclogged the main drains we then conducted a full site aco clean.

Have you got sheds which you can’t use due to damaged or rotten roofing?

This is exactly what this customer had in Southport. The felting had failed and all the boarding had rotted due to the water ingress.

We removed all materials, including any damaged joists and replaced with new leaving the customer to be able to fully utilise this space for storage.

Tomorrow we will be starting works on a number of houses in the Anfield area of Liverpool replacing old cast iron getters with new.

Due to the gutters failing this has caused significant damp issues within the properties.

Some gutters will be getting refurbished and others will be changed completely depending on the clients budget.
