We’ve had another incredibly busy week out on the road keeping our customers' homes dry, safe, and warm. Here is a quick look at just a couple of the jobs we sorted:
💧 Replacing a Dripping Ball Valve It might just seem like a mildly annoying trickling noise, but a constantly running overflow wastes a massive amount of water, affecting the customers water bill. We stripped out the old, scaled-up valve and fitted a brand new, reliable one in no time. Silence restored!
🚨 Fixing a Leaking Boiler There is nothing more stressful than finding a puddle under your boiler. We responded to a customer with a leak, diagnosed the faulty part, and had the system fully fixed, tested, and running perfectly before it could cause any real water damage to their property.
⚠️ Catching a Dangerous Leaking GasketThis is exactly why annual boiler services are so important! During a routine service, we discovered a degraded seal that was leaking and posing a serious safety risk to the household. We replaced the gasket, completely resealed the unit, and fully tested the boiler to ensure it was burning safely again. A major hazard completely avoided.
Whether it is a minor plumbing annoyance or a full-blown heating emergency, don't ignore a leak—they only ever get worse!
