What’s worse than working on a Saturday? it’s working on a Saturday and working on a bloody boilermate 🙈 pump and pcb changed. Then it didn’t want to fill as it was heavily air locked, I had to get mains pressure into it and get the system filled. Also had to change the valve on the drain off as it passing after I had used it 😡 so a drain down again. I was only booked in for the board but here we are 8 hours later. Someone hand me a beer 🤣. System now up and running.

I’ve been working on and off this project for the past couple of months. Job consisted off full full heating system throughout house with radiators upstairs and underfloor heating downstairs. Ran hot and cold outlets through the house and some waste pipework. I’ve just got a few things to do and then the job will be done 💪

Saturday morning changing a heat exchanger and sump on a Worcester greenstar classic erp. I had to shout at the return pipe a few times before it actually came out 🤣 will know for next time just to take a new one and fit it.

An old heat only boiler and hot water tank ripped out and replaced with a baxi 430 combi, upgraded gas pipework from 15-22mm, 7 new radiators and all new pipework. Sometimes I wish I had an apprentice to go under the floors 🙈

Started this swap last week and glad I got it finished today. Customer had a system that was a bit of an over kill for his property and he was fed up of having to heat the hot water tanks. Wasting energy! He wanted to use a combi boiler for upstairs and a separate combi for downstairs. When I went and seen it he asked if it was too big a job for just me 🤔. Hold my beer mate, I will try my best. I fitted the new Worcester 8000+ 45kw which can handle multiple hot water outlets at the same time. Great boilers.
