Well 2021!
You were tough and stressful but also a very positive and enjoyable year which really has seen the “grouting” of the Spencer/Quantum amalgamation.
I have never been prouder of anything I have achieved in my career than the team environment and way of working together that had developed at this business.

I have personally learnt and evolved such a lot throughout this process and we operate every day as a pool of grit,graft,skill,knowledge and dedication and we have a lot of fun and make a few quid. This in turn allows us to fairly reward and look after each other every day as we all should.
Spencer have been privileged with Quantum to inherit a truly wonderful group of people who just needed operational work Partners with our “Hambone” contracting skill set , openness and dedication.
The Spencer team are what they are , just bloody brilliant , every day.
From the office to the wash bay and every person in between , I thank you all for your contributions to this unique group and organisation whether based in rural Ceredigion , Carmarthenshire or south Devonshire.

Both businesses have grown and evolved and are strong , well resourced , vigorous , busy
and ready to gallop on into 2022.
