Scarlet Building Surveys carried out a RICS level 3 (Building) Survey on this beautiful property to provide information on its current condition and potential pitfalls.
When purchasing a property, it is often a good idea to employ a local professional chartered surveyor to identify structural issues, defects, and potential risks that might not be obvious during a viewing.
A good survey can be invaluable to identify potential future costs and also provide some negotiation power for the buyer, often negating at least the cost of the survey, sometimes often more.
