LLANGADOG.
40ft x 20ft concrete slab made to planning spec. Horse stables re-located in one day.💪

- All worked carried out by PAS, but thanks to Rhys Evans for a hand on the concrete pour and the stable moving. Thanks to Rhydian Jones for the Hire of the Manitou handler to make the stable movement possible.

- No defects, just a brake adjustment.👌

TRAILER SERVICING & REPAIR.
- Trailer needed an extension and new floor.
- Brakes serviced
- spring eye bushes changed all round with one new spring added.
- new jockey wheel clamp
- finished off with new wiring and a curly 7 pin plug lead.

🔵PULLING DOWN UNSTABLE STONE AND BRICK WALL. REMOVAL OF HEDGE AND REPLACED WITH CONCRETE PANELS TO SEPARATE FARM YARD AND GARDEN AREA

🔵CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE PATIO WITH SOME DRAINS, FINISHED OFF WITH WOODEN GATES, POST AND RAIL AND LEVELLED OFF TOP SOIL.

- CONSTRUCTION OF ENTRANCE AND TRACK TO MAKE EASY ACCESS FOR 8 WHEELER TIPPER TO SUPPLY TOP SOIL.
- LOVELY DRY WEATHER IS WHAT MADE THE JOB SO EASY.

- REMOVAL OF CLAY ON YARDS AND ACCESS ROAD
- 10" OF QUARRY STONE AND 4" OF TARMAC PLANNINGS TO RESURFACE THE AREA FOR A HARD WEARING CLEAN ACCESS.
- CLAY AND SUBSOIL REMOVED TO REINSTATE DIPS AND UNEVEN GROUND, TOP SOIL AND DRAINS FINISHED THE JOB OFF.
