Something very exciting is happening at TWH Property Maintenance… our new TWH Hub is taking shape! 🔨✨

We’re so excited to bring you along for the journey and share the transformation with you.

🏠 Side one - Our Office & Showroom.
This will be the place where you can sit down, relax with a cuppa ☕ and discuss your home project with us in detail. You’ll be able to explore a range of paint colours, timber options and finishes to help bring your ideas to life.

🛠️ Side two - Our Workshop.
This is where the magic happens! Our skilled team will be creating your bespoke fixtures and custom pieces, right here in our workshop.

From the initial idea and design, through to the craftsmanship and finished product, we’re bringing more of the process under one roof.

We cannot wait to share the progress with you, so make sure you follow along as the TWH Hub comes to life! ✨️ 🔨🏡

👋 MEET ALEX!

We’re excited to introduce Alex, who joined TWH at the start of 2026, bringing with him over 10 years of experience as a carpenter. 🪚

Alex is an absolute pro when it comes to his craft. He particularly enjoys the finishing side of things and takes real pride in achieving that fantastic final finish. In other words… he’s a bit of a perfectionist. 👌

When he’s not on the tools, you’ll find Alex doing what he loves most, sleeping, eating and breathing all things Chelsea FC! 😂

Meet Dean! 👋

Dean is one of our Associate Directors. After 17 years working in the waste disposal industry, driving HGVs through London, Dean decided 3 years ago to swap the traffic for a career in painting and decorating. 🎨

Fast forward to today, and Dean has become a pro at cutting in, silicone work and wall repairs, bringing plenty of experience, skill and attention to detail to the team.

When he’s not working, Dean likes to keep fit, travel with his family and, perhaps most importantly… he’s a huge foodie! 🍴✈️💪

Ryan is one of our Associate Directors, after graduating from Swansea University, Ryan went on to climb the ranks to become a General Manager in the cocktail bar world. 🍸

But 5 years ago, he swapped late nights and cocktail shakers for early starts, hammers and paintbrushes! 🔨🖌️

Ryan brings a fantastic eye for detail to every job, along with impressive speed and a steady hand, a combination that makes him a real asset to the team.

And then there’s his other passion… cats. 🐱😂
His favourite part of any job is finding a feline friend and doing whatever it takes to win their affection, including keeping cat treats in his van! 🐾

We’re delighted to have Ryan on board… and we’re sure the local cats are too! ❤️

Meet Ted 👋

Ted is the founder and Managing Director of TWH Property Maintenance Ltd. He’s been a hands-on painter, decorator, carpenter and all-round handyman since he was a teenager, so you could say DIY and fixing things have always been in his blood!

TWH came along 8 years after he first started building his business, “Ted Wood The Handyman”, and it’s been growing from strength to strength ever since. 🛠👷‍♂️

When he’s not working, you’ll often find Ted supporting his beloved Liverpool FC 🔴⚽️ or travelling around Europe, making the most of his time off and exploring new places. ✈️🇪🇺
