Set on an exclusive gated estate in Kent, this magnificent 15,000 sq ft property was a new build project showcasing classic Georgian architectural elegance!
At the heart of the facade is a centred archway above the ornate front door, complemented by stately double columns that frame the entrance with grandeur two strey structure plus basement was meticulously designed, featuring a balanced symmetry across its three main sections.
The central section boasts a gabled roof accented by charming dormer windows, lending distinguished character to the façade.
At the rear of the property there are two distinguished balconies highlighting the mansion’s luxurious appearance. Flanking the centre, each wing presents gracefully arched windows on its lower level and a series of neatly aligned rectangular windows above, emphasizing the property’s grandeur.
The Welsh slate-tiled roof harmonises beautifully with the red brick exterior, while white Portland stone detailing provides sophisticated accents around windows and along the corners of the structure.
