Project update 🏗️

Tiling is now complete in the master bathroom, kids’ bathroom and utility room.

We’re now moving outside and continuing with the terrace tiling.

Finishing works are where every detail becomes visible, so quality of workmanship really matters at this stage.

Step by step, we’re getting closer to the final result.

General building works continue, with the electrical first fix now underway.

The first section of the flat roof and EPDM membrane is complete. This week, we’re moving on to the second flat roof and expecting the ventilation team on site.

Steady progress as we work hard to stay on programme.

Project update: two-level apartment renovation in central London 🏗️

The bathrooms are now fully prepared for tiling. Waterproofing is complete, underfloor heating has been installed, the floors have been levelled with self-levelling compound, and the walls are ready. Tiling starts next week.

At the same time, we’re waterproofing the terrace, while painting and decorating works are progressing throughout the apartment.

This week, we also completed the first fix for the air-conditioning system.

One of the most interesting solutions on this project is the use of water-cooled air-conditioning units without external condensers. This is a great option for period and Grade II listed buildings in central London, where external units can be heavily restricted, require additional consent, or sometimes be almost impossible to install.

A practical solution that provides modern comfort while respecting the building’s character and restrictions.

Step by step, the project is moving forward.

Project update 🏗️

Partition works are now in progress across two floors.

On one level, we’re using metal stud partitions. On the other, we’re installing traditional timber stud walls to suit the structural requirements of the mezzanine floor.

At the same time, external wall insulation is underway, with a specialist contractor brought in for this stage.

Different solutions for different parts of the building — all following the design and structural requirements.

A complete home transformation in Barons Court, London.

This project involved a full refurbishment of the house, a new rear extension and a complete transformation of the garden.

The works were delivered in two carefully planned phases. While planning permission for the extension was being finalised, we completed the refurbishment of the two upper floors. Once finished, these areas were fully protected and separated, allowing us to move on to the ground and lower-ground floors, the structural works and the construction of the new extension.

Over approximately one year, the house was transformed from top to bottom — combining the character of the original property with a brighter, more open and functional family space.

The scope included:

• Full internal refurbishment
• Structural alterations
• Rear extension
• New kitchen and bathrooms
• Bespoke joinery and finishes
• Electrical and plumbing works
• Complete garden transformation

A complex project delivered in the right sequence, with one team managing the construction process from start to finish.

Project Update 🏗️

Another milestone reached.

✅ Roof installation is almost complete.
✅ Underfloor heating has been installed, and we’re preparing for the screed pour later this week.
✅ External wall insulation is underway.
✅ Preparations for the second phase of the roof construction are in progress.
⏳ Scaffolding will be coming down soon.

We’re staying on schedule and making steady progress every week. Looking forward to sharing the next update. 🚧

🏗️ New Project Started

Demolition works are now underway as we begin the full refurbishment of this property.

Over the next 5 months, we’ll be delivering:

✔️ Full electrical rewire
✔️ Complete plumbing replacement
✔️ New tiling throughout
✔️ Electric underfloor heating installation
✔️ Decorative wallpaper installation
✔️ Sanding and refinishing of the original timber flooring
✔️ Terrace restoration with new tiling
✔️ Full painting & decorating throughout
✔️ Refurbishment of windows, walls and ceilings

This is a complete transformation project, and we’re looking forward to bringing this property back to life.

Scaffolding installed.
Roof partially stripped out.
Structural steel delivered.

Not everything goes exactly to schedule in construction…
and apparently the rain follows its own schedule too 🌧️

But overall, we’re moving well and making solid progress.

Scaffolding installation in progress before roof demolition and reconstruction.

Preparing floors for underfloor heating and screed works, while plumbing starts next week.

Steel works continuing soon.
