We’ve been a little quiet on socials over the past week or so… 👀 and there’s a very good reason for it.

🚨 A-Z FM is currently in discussions to acquire another business! 🚨

Following the successful merger of Luxury Maintenance and A-Z, we’re now aiming even higher. 📈

We’re in talks to bring another established business into the A-Z Group of Companies, adding even more strength, experience and capability to what we’re building. 🤝🏢

The additional business will bring increased headcount 👥 and valuable existing skillsets 🛠️ into our core team, further strengthening our position and allowing us to confidently target and take on larger accounts moving forwards. 💪📊

As Chris’ Grandad used to say:

💭 “Think big and you’ll be big. Think small and you will be small.”

That’s exactly the mindset we’re taking.

We’ve always believed in thinking bigger, pushing forward and building something that lasts. 🚀

There’s still a way to go before anything is finalised, but we’re incredibly excited about what this could mean for the future of A-Z FM. 🔥

✨ We recently completed this stunning kitchen refurbishment for a lovely couple in the New Forest. 🌳🏡

As a professional caterer, our client certainly knows her onions when it comes to kitchens 🧅😉—pardon the pun! The tired, outdated space has been transformed into a beautiful, practical kitchen that's more than twice the size of the original. 📏✨ With upgraded appliances 👨‍🍳, significantly more storage 🗄️, and a layout designed for everyday use, it's now a space that's as functional as it is stylish.

To complete the transformation, we installed a beautiful Karndean floor ✨, refurbished the original wainscoting panels 🪵, and gave the walls a fresh skim and paint 🎨, bringing the whole room together beautifully.

Working for a professional cook definitely had its perks too! 😋 Homemade bacon sandwiches 🥓, cakes 🍰, biscuits 🍪, and plenty of refreshments ☕ kept us fuelled throughout the project.

It was an absolute pleasure to work for such wonderful clients ❤️, and we're delighted with the finished result.

✨ A small upgrade that made a big difference! 🏡

While installing a brand-new kitchen downstairs, we also took the opportunity to replace the tired old bathroom tiles with this stunning marble-effect hygienic wall boarding. 🤍✨

The transformation has completely refreshed the space, giving the bathroom a clean, modern look while providing a durable, low-maintenance finish that's easy to keep spotless. 🛁🧼

The real transformation, though, has been the kitchen! 👀🍽️ We've worked our magic, and we can't wait to reveal the finished result. Keep an eye on our page over the next few days—you won't want to miss it! 🔨✨

Bants are always good on site! 😄

In this video and photo, Shaun and Tristan are laying a Karndean tile-effect floor. It might look straightforward, but it's anything but. After all the prep work, every tile has to be carefully trimmed and fitted with a weld rod-style strip to create the look of grout. It's a detailed job that takes time and precision.

The floor is coming together brilliantly, and the resident is already delighted with how her new kitchen is taking shape. 👌

🚧 Another fencing project completed down in Farnham! 👏

This job included brand-new fencing along with new vehicle and pedestrian gates. 🚜🚶‍♂️🚪

And guess what happened halfway through? 😄 That's right... the neighbour liked it so much they asked us to do the same for them too! 🙌 So we carried straight on and completed their fencing to match. A great compliment to receive! ⭐

It was a seriously hot few days on site ☀️🥵, so a huge well done to Jake, Noah and Eden for powering through the heat and delivering another top-quality finish. 💪👏 Great work, lads!

🚧🤝 Sometimes the best stories in construction are about teamwork.

When extra work was added to our redecoration project, the deadline—which was already incredibly tight—became even more challenging. Another contractor had already turned the job down because of the timescale, so it's fair to say we had a moment of panic! 😅

We brought in additional labour, and Pablo and I (the other Director) were on site ourselves—hanging doors 🚪, painting 🎨, and running the project from our very glamorous "field office"... otherwise known as the post in between the site and the only neighbour within a two-mile radius, who very kindly let us use their Wi-Fi! 📶😂

We also picked up the phone to Rosewood Building Services and simply said, "HELP!" 📞

Although we compete for some projects, none of that mattered. They answered the call without hesitation and sent extra hands, including one of their best guys, Jak. 💪

We were genuinely grateful and hugely impressed by their willingness to help when we needed it most. It says a lot about the people behind the business, and it's one of the reasons we're now looking at opportunities to collaborate in the future. 🤝

A huge thank you to Lewis, Rob, Jak and Gary. Your support made a real difference, and we won't forget it. 👏

🏡🎨 It's all hands on deck as we push forward with this full redecoration project in Lyndhurst ahead of the new tenants moving in on Monday. 💪

One of the largest Forestry England properties we work on, this house has plenty to keep the team busy. 🖌️ Alongside extensive painting throughout, we're installing new flooring in several rooms, while the fireplace specialists have replaced the log burners, upgraded the ductwork, and refurbished the fireplaces. 🔥🪵

🌤️ Thankfully, it's much cooler this week than last, when the team were working through temperatures of 36°C! A huge credit to everyone for keeping the project moving despite the heat. 👏

⏳ With just two weeks to complete the entire property, the schedule is tight—but we'll deliver, just as we always do. ✅

We're looking forward to handing over another beautifully finished home, ready for its new occupants. 🏠✨
