The customer had an old glass roof that was leaking, freezing cold in winter and unbearable in summer. We transformed it with a full Cosy Roof system, and honestly, the finished result is something else.

The old roof was tired, leaking, and causing real problems inside the property. We stripped everything back to the joists, laid fresh OSB boarding throughout, and installed a full seamless EPDM rubber membrane, finished with clean aluminium trim edges all round.
