In the workshop dry fit of the solid oak shelving nosing to then gluing them on to the shelf with glue and Tensos. Using lamello Tenso for them to pull tight and hold them in place which the fast drying PU wood glue drys. No need for clamping. Routing in a grove in the back of the nosing so the glue has a place to be and will not spread out into the faces.

Putney media unit - traditional shaker style with flat face frame media unit. Designed to match there kitchen they had fitted, custom made to fit the space and house the under floor heating console, Solid oak shelf nosing. LED lights behind the front noising of the shelves to light up each open units.

Using different types of fixing for assembly of this unit. Making it so there is no fixing left on show. I buy all my lamello off .
All paint is a sprayed in PU paint and all oak is finished in a renner sprayer PU lacquer. All supplied from and sprayed in the workshop before fitting.
Primer - renner FL M482/ C02-54
Topcoat - renner F0-10M060/
Thinner - renner DF M002/ 31
Lacquer - renner FO-10M200/
All oak sheets are select grade oak veneer panels with grain match on the back panel of the open units.

Shaker doors have a shadow gap between the frame and panels with also an angle inside frame.
