Getting construction right starts early.

We stay directly involved in the projects we take on, from construction planning and site coordination through to the trades, quality of work, final finishes and snagging.

That means the same decision-makers remain close to the detail, while also managing the commercial side, client relationship, proposals and communication throughout the project.

Before work begins, we provide a detailed scope of work so there is a clear understanding of what is included, what to expect, and how the project will be managed.

A full reconfiguration was needed.

This first floor flat in Belsize Park had not been properly updated for decades, so the work went far beyond a cosmetic refurbishment.

We opened up the internal walls and reworked the layout to create a more considered two-bedroom home, with an open-plan kitchen, two carefully finished bathrooms, a home office and a guest cloakroom.

The main living space was planned to flow between kitchen, dining and seating areas, with large format glazing and roof lights bringing natural light further into the property. The twin island now forms a practical centre to everyday living, while integrated storage keeps the open space functional without interrupting the clean lines.

Externally, heritage-style brickwork and framed glazing help connect the original property with the newer elements in a measured way.

A brighter, more welcoming London home, with the layout, proportions and finer details properly considered.

The finish is only part of it.

Following completion of our Edgware loft conversion, the client described the workmanship as outstanding, with strong attention to detail throughout.

Just as importantly, they highlighted how the team worked during the build: professional, reliable, keeping them informed as the project progressed and leaving the site tidy at the end of each day.

For us, that standard matters. A successful loft conversion is not only about the new space at the end. It is also about how the home is treated while the work is happening, and whether the client feels informed from start to finish.

This former loft is now a complete new floor, with two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a bright landing designed to feel naturally connected to the original home.
