A recent customer asked Andrew Le Maistre Landscapes to transform their garden border with beautiful new planting and we made sure everything beneath the surface was ready to help it thrive.

The existing border contained rubble, clay and poor-quality soil, which isn't the foundation you want for healthy plants. So, before planting began, our team got to work:

🚜 Used our compact excavator to remove the existing unsuitable material
♻️ Cleared and responsibly disposed of the rubble and poor-quality soil
🌱 Brought in quality soil and mixed it with compost
📐 Created the correct soil depth to give the new plants room to establish
🌸 Carefully planted everything and finished the border

At Andrew Le Maistre Landscapes, we're looking for a proactive Business Improvement & Projects Officer to join our team in a brand-new role, working closely with our Managing Director to help shape the future of the business.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll lead projects from idea to implementation, improve systems and processes, introduce new technology, support marketing initiatives and help us find smarter, more efficient ways of working.

We're looking for someone who:
✔ Loves solving problems and making improvements
✔ Can confidently manage multiple projects
✔ Is highly organised and enjoys taking ownership
✔ Thinks commercially and proactively
✔ Is comfortable using technology and AI to improve efficiency
✔ Enjoys working with people and driving positive change

- Based in Trinity, Jersey
- 20–25 hours per week (term-time only considered)
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience
