We are a fast-growing maintenance company, providing our services to clients throughout London. The company is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, multi-skilled person who is willing to work across various sites all over London.
Working as part of a team, you will assist with duties including but not limited to:
• General handyperson works
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Flooring
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating
• Unblocking toilets and sinks
• Basic roof works
• Changing locks
• Fire door works
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of construction essential
• Should possess good time management and organisational skills.
• Should have the ability to learn, develop and be enthusiastic.
• Should have the ability to understand, analyse and resolve issues to a satisfaction.
Desirable Skills:
• Qualifications in plumbing and decorations will be useful
Must-haves:
• Driver's licence
• Car/vehicle
