We're back at our Kensington project showing you the basement damp proofing work. We discovered that the previous boarding and plastering had no damp proofing, so we've cut back the boards up to 1.5 meters and applying a special waterproof render to prevent future damp issues. This work comes with a 10-year warranty that transfers to the next owner in case of a sale, ensuring we maintain the highest quality standards without cutting corners.
