Why would you trust just anyone to take apart something this precious?
Let’s talk Dismantling Kitchens..
Many buyers struggle to understand why paying professionals to dismantle and deliver a kitchen is a no-brainer.
A specialist doesn’t just know what to do - they know what not to do.
Dismantling a fitted kitchen isn’t just about unscrewing cabinets. It’s about knowing the correct order to remove everything, how each manufacturer has fixed components together, how to protect delicate finishes, how to release worktops without cracking them, and how to handle every piece so it can be fitted again.
There are techniques that only come with experience. Small mistakes can cause expensive damage, and by the time you realise something has gone wrong, it’s usually too late.
Cut corners, do it yourself, or hand it to someone without the right experience, and more often than not, the kitchen gets damaged. Being brilliant at building doesn’t automatically make someone a specialist at dismantling. They’re two very different skills.
All too often we hear of chipped worktops. Cracked doors. snapped hinges. Scratched units. What looked like a saving quickly becomes an expensive mistake.
Sadly, “saving money” often ends up costing far more than the professional service ever would.
If you would like a quote for dismantling and deliver from one of the independent fitters we work with just give us a shout.
