each individual. This is why we give special attention to the balance and construction of your whole outfit, as opposed to just making a hat for you. Our beautifully crafted handmade hats and headpieces are created using a carefully selected range of materials, fabrics and colours. In addition to the collections showcased online, Bells and Whistles Millinery also offers a bridal, bespoke and hire service, always with the same principle in mind, to enhance and complement your unique style.
