What a group! I had so much fun doing this Taste With Colour®: Chocolate Corporate Events & Flavour Maps workshop for ajala chocolate’s team buiajala chocolateOne element of the workshop involves discussion on the definitions of craft chocolate and how to communicate flavours with consumers. Doing this workshop directly with a chocolate maker stimulated so many questions and discussion. I loved it!
