We recently designed and installed a bespoke Blast Chiller for Bridge Cheese - but with a unique twist 👀
Instead of placing it indoors, this blast chiller is built outside. Why?
👉🏻 When the air outside is cool, it naturally keeps the cheese at 5°C
👉🏻 When the air is warmer, powerful fans kick in.
👉🏻 The result = a smart combination of fresh air + refrigeration, keeping every batch of cheese at the perfect temperature.
And to make the most of space, we fitted a vertical bespoke door ensuring efficiency & customer satisfaction from every angle ✅️
