2025 is coming to an end. I am here, in the heart of the rainforest part of the Kampung. I am married. We have designed and built our forever home together, with the support of the community.

From the bare earth, every part, part of our journey, shaping our lives and the lives around us.

We are part of this community, carrying real responsibility, learning what it takes to hold root here. It is demanding and it is sacred.

Life here is raw. It challenges me, tests my patience. It asks for courage I never knew I had. Yet there, in the depth of it all, is love deeper than I ever imagined.
