🏠 More progress from our Sherwood re-roof!

Our roofing team have been busy stripping this one back and getting it properly protected — with new membrane and battens installed before the slates are carefully reinstated. 🔨

You really couldn’t make this stuff up… 😂🏠

The lads headed out to a chimney repair this week, got up on the roof and cracked on with the job.

Then the lady next door popped her head out…

👩 “Are you here to repair the chimney at number 69?”

👷 “Yeah…”

👩 “Well… you’re on number 67.” 😳😂

Safe to say there was a slight bit of confusion. 🤦‍♀️

The silver lining? Our unexpected customer at number 67 ended up with some complimentary chimney work courtesy of Addison Contractors 😂👏 — and the lads headed over to number 69 and got the original job sorted too. ✅

Two happy neighbours. Two chimneys sorted. Just not quite in the order we planned. 😂

Never a dull day in the trades! 🏠🔨
