Subcontracting for PCT Carpentry Ltd, following the discovery of a roof leak during a property refurb project they were conducting. With the homeowner also funding other projects around the property being completed by PCT Carpentry Ltd, a full re-roof wasn’t the most practical or cost-effective option.

Following our assessment, we recommended a partial re-roof, replacing only the areas that had reached the end of their serviceable life and causing leaks, while retaining the sections that were still performing well.

This project involved removing an old corrugated roof and replacing it with a durable, modern flat roofing system built to stand the test of time.

Work completed:
✅ Removed old corrugated roofing sheets
✅ Installed new structural timbers
✅ Fitted 18mm OSB roof boards
✅ Installed high-performance EPDM rubber roofing system
✅ New guttering fitted for improved water drainage
