"Turning a challenging, steepy terraced site into a Mediterranean sanctuary" 🌿

This project remains a personal favourite due to its complexity. We utilised natural stone walls to create distinct levels, seamlessly integrating:
💦 An infinity pool that disappears into the horizon
🫛 A productive vegetable garden nestled within the tiers
🌴 Signature Mediterranean planting; Olive, Cypress, Orange, and Lemon trees, alongside architectural Palms.
🍹A dedicated outdoor bar and seating area designed for hosting.

Managing the levels on such a steep gradient was a technical challenge, but the result is a garden that feels both expansive and intimate. It's a testament to how structural engineering and landscape design can work in perfect harmony.

The combination of gravel pathways, soft ornamental grasses, and a sculptural stone sphere creates a calm yet visually striking focal point—perfectly complementing the surrounding landscape.

🌿 Design Challenge: Every garden has that one tricky spot—this one was a completely shaded, underused corner, visible from both the living room and kitchen. The homeowners weren’t sure how to bring it to life.

From inside the house, this space felt dull and uninspiring, lacking a purpose or visual appeal. But I saw an opportunity. ✨

🔨 The Transformation: I turned this neglected space into a stunning focal point, featuring a custom-designed water feature, decorative stone balls, and elegant planting.

Now, instead of a dark, forgotten corner, it’s a serene and visually striking centerpiece, creating a beautiful view from both the kitchen and the living room. Whether inside or outside, this garden now feels complete.

🐶 Dog-friendly, safe, and enjoyable! This space is designed not only to look beautiful but also to be practical and pet-friendly, ensuring a comfortable outdoor experience for everyone—including furry friends! 🐾🌿
