A complete traditional extension and knock-through built by the NM Joinery team—taking care of everything from structural steelwork and stone masonry to second-fix joinery and final finishes.
Here is how we delivered this space:
1️⃣ Structural Steelwork: Installed heavy RSJs and acrow supports to safely open up the existing back wall.
2️⃣ Stonemasonry: Hand-matched external stone masonry so the new build ties seamlessly into the original cottage.
3️⃣ Light & Space: Added vaulted ceilings, Velux roof lights, and bi-fold doors to replace a cold, dark conservatory with a bright year-round living space.
