🏠 Extension progressing well in Mablethorpe

Another local extension taking shape for one of our customers in Mablethorpe.

The groundwork is complete, oversite poured and the blockwork is now well underway. It’s always good to see a project coming out of the ground and starting to take shape.

We’ll keep sharing progress as the build moves on towards the roof and getting the extension watertight.

Thinking about extending or altering your home? Blue Coast Homes can help from the early planning stages right through to the completed build.

🏠 A big transformation about to get underway in Alford!

The scaffold is up and we’re ready to start on this bungalow, where the existing roof will be removed and replaced with a new attic truss roof structure — creating a completely new living space above.

This is going to be a great project to follow from start to finish, with a huge difference between these first photos and the finished result.

Great job by Vertigo Scaffold getting the full access scaffold in place and ready for us. 👌

Keep an eye on the page — we’ll be sharing the transformation as it progresses. 🔨🏠

⚽️ Proud to support local football! 🔵⚪️

A great result for Sutton Rovers this weekend with a convincing 3–0 win over Louth FC — three goals, three points and a clean sheet! 👏

Blue Coast Homes were delighted to be one of the Matchday Sponsors and to continue supporting clubs and organisations within our local community.

Congratulations to Marc, the players and everyone involved at Sutton Rovers on a fantastic team performance.

Good luck for the return trip to Louth next weekend in the Town Trophy! 💪⚽️

UP THE SUTTON! 🔵⚪️

A great transformation on this property with the installation of a new Juliet balcony.

The works involved carefully forming a new opening through the existing gable brickwork, installing the required structural support and new anthracite French doors, before completing the installation with a glass Juliet balcony.

A relatively small alteration from the outside, but one that makes a huge difference to the room — bringing in considerably more natural light and opening up the view from the first floor.

Another nice project coming together for the Blue Coast Homes & Construction team. 🏡

New Project Underway – Trusthorpe

A great start to a new project working with TJS Services at the second phase of a new caravan park development in Trusthorpe.

Our team is carrying out the precision setting out of the new site infrastructure using our Leica TS06 Plus Total Station, supplied by Recon Survey & Safety of Lincoln.

The project includes:
✅ Setting out the new road network
✅ Marking out drainage and associated infrastructure
✅ Precisely positioning 64 caravan bases across the development

Accurate setting out is one of the most important stages of any construction project. Getting everything in the right place from day one ensures the works that follow run smoothly and efficiently.

We’re looking forward to seeing this development take shape over the coming weeks.
