Existing roof was removed, brickwork repairs and news lintels. New roof was constructed followed by a 3 layer mineral felt system with a 25-year guarantee. Internal stud wall build.

Finished photos of our single storey extension completed in Larkfield.

Vaulted celing with velux windows giving the room a feeling of open space with plenty of natural light. French doors and large rear windows all A rated flush fit frames.

Internal floor finish was laid herringbone using Amtico first range. All finshes apart from decoration undertaken by our in house team.
For this project no plans or planning was needed. All put in under a building notice and designed by ourselves and our client.
