Extension full hit…inside and out! 👊🏻.

Our most recent job completed for a builder. Full extension boarded, dabbed, skimmed and the outside rendered!

Two utility rooms and a large open living area, including sky light all boarded and dabbed. Then whole area skimmed!

Back of the house rendered in k rend silicone render all the way across.

Really happy with how this one came out and really nice to be able to do the full hit all on the one job.

Bathroom skimmed for a customer!…Some sheeting up done first to protect the door, bath and taps. Skrim applied to joints...

Bathroom skimmed for a customer!…

Some sheeting up done first to protect the door, bath and taps. Skrim applied to joints and also some tape applied across top of shower to skim down to and leave a crisp neat finish for the tiler to work too.

Some tricky bits to skim on this one around taps for sink and other areas but as always,
a great finish and the job left as clean as when we arrived.👌🏼🙌🏼.

Really happy with how this one came out 👌🏼.

Today’s job!… hallway skimmed for a customer in Chadderton.

This was a nice job completed today to plaster this hallway / opening to the house for a customer.

Some sheeting up done first to protect the door and floor. Also including a tricky circle window reveal to skimmed.

Everything with a clean finish and the job left as clean as when we arrived.👌🏼🙌🏼.

Damp repair before and afters!

This was a nice job completed earlier this week to hack off some perished plaster due to a leak in a customers home and then float the area to be skimmed and patched back in.

A small area in a porch and around the back door that had been damaged due to a leak was hacked off firstly, left to dry out. Then we returned to float the areas and also board the reveals around the door. We then finally plasterer the area and patched it back in to existing.

Couldn’t be happier with the finished job!

Conservatory transformation! 👀👌🏼.

This was a great job completed recently to board, dab and skim this conservatory for a customer.

There were some tricky areas to board and work around but once finished we couldn’t be happier with the outcome and it has completly transformed this conservatory into a lovely living space for the customer.

Ceiling skimmed for a customer today!

This was a nice job completed today to plaster this ceiling for a customer along with some other patches in the property.

This was a lowered ceiling and boarded by the customer, some sheeting up to do around the property and the ceiling and patches were all left with a clean finish 👌🏼🙌🏼.

Before and afters!…

For this one there was a little prep work to be done first.

Customer had a new en-suite bathroom added to a bedroom so created this skim and patch in on the landing.

Firstly, I had to bond in and patch where the plasterboard has been finished short and make the section above the door tie in with exsisting wall.

Then the bead for the corner and skrim on joints.

Some awkward areas to skim around here especially around the door but really
happy with the finish on this one and so was the customer.

What a transformation! 🤌🏼🤯.

For this one there was a lot of work to be done before we even got to skimming and some fairly intricate areas to work around.

Boarding and dabbing was done first across this large open plan front room/dining area and hallway. There was also some bonding to be done around the top edge of the bathroom to ensure the well was level for the new tiles to be installed.

Then the beads and skrim to the reveals around the large window, fireplace/chimney breast and beams all to leave that sharp, clean look on the corners.

Couldn’t be happier with the finished look on this, some nice angles once all plastered and has left a really nice open plan living area for the customer left with that signature ‘Hartley Plastering‘ finish.

rendering before and afters! 👌🏼😍

Before we started, after the base and mesh coat and the final colour coat included in the pictures.

Johnstones chalk silicone render used on this one to finish to match the next door property we did a few weeks ago.

Very happy with the finish on this one especially around the more awkward areas of the pipes, doors and Windows.
