Fault finding on an extraction machine this morning. Contactor had rattled lose and caused the pin on L3 phase to arc and burn off. Replacement part sourced from an old machine and got her back up and running.

Fault finding on a window roller shutter controller after roller shutter company said it was a electric issue. Fault identified as a faulty pcb on the shutter controller after roller unit. New pcb ordered and installed same day to resolve the issue. New junction box installed after rectification of fault to tidy up cables with no stuffing glands installed.
