Introducing the evolution of the INOVA Pulley Bullet Bead, from the first hand-drawn sketch to the finished product.

💡 The idea — It all started with a pencil, a blank page and a vision for something better.
📐 The concept — Early 3D CAD modelling brought the initial teardrop design to life.
🚀 The evolution — The design developed into an aerodynamic bullet profile, engineered to create a more streamlined shape.
🔬 The refinement — Every detail had a purpose. Wider line bores to accommodate larger-diameter lines. Chamfered bore edges to help reduce line stress. Concave ends designed to seat 4 mm bead buffers.
🛠️ The prototype — Moving from the digital model to physical prototypes, turning the design into something tangible.
🎯 The finished product — A carefully engineered pulley bead where form, function and attention to detail come together.
