Another tricky one over in Sale🙌

This property was dealing with leaks and failing render, so it needed a proper solution to make it look way better, but also fix issues.

We removed all the old render, installed new leadwork, and applied a fresh finish to keep the property fully watertight. Another happy customer!

Big transformation coming over in Hale 👇

Scaffolding is now up and we’re ready to get started. We’ve been over with the client to go through colour options. They started with a clean white sample, but they’re now considering switching to a RAL colour to get the exact finish they’re after.

Another job done 👏

Back on site Withington today, just as the scaffolding has come down, to do our final check-in and make sure everything is exactly as it should be. The customer’s happy, and that’s always the goal 👇

This one was a full insulated render system. We installed 90mm EPS insulation to the front, side and rear of the property, finished with a full silicone render in a clean cushion white. We also fitted cover boards, upgraded vents, new pipework and insulation. 🤩

This one had 30mm insulation boards and a polymer base coat. It’s the stuff you don’t usually see once the render’s on, but it’s what makes the walls look good and hold up properly over time.

We removed the existing render, then installed a fresh, new insulated render system to completely transform this property. 😍

We fitted insulation boards and built up the system properly from the base, to create a finish that looks great, but it also helps protect the property and improve energy efficiency.

Our team are currently on site installing 30mm insulation boards, followed by a polymer base coat to create a strong, insulated and weather-resistant base ready for the next stage of the system.
