Started the week with a really positive pre-start meeting for our new Seddon Homes development in Blackburn 📍

Work gets underway next week on a site of 90 units to work on with the project set to run for the next *2 years*. Looking forward to getting started and seeing the show homes take shape!

Another job completed at Caffè Nero, Welwyn Garden City 📍

Our team recently completed a full refurbishment, including:

🔹 Breaking out the old floor tiles and installing brand-new tiles throughout the customer areas and toilets.
🔹 Installing MDF tongue & groove wall panels.
🔹 Fitting new banquette seating.
🔹 Completing full internal and external painting & decorating works.

A transformation delivered to a high standard, ready for customers to enjoy. Thanks to everyone involved for another successful project

Progress at the Redrow site in Diggle.

Another four homes have now been completed, with their new owners moved in🏡

The six-bed apartment block is also moving forward, with boarding now underway and ready for the mist coat in the coming weeks.

Another home completed at Broadstone Manor, Royton🏡

We’ve carried out the final decorations on Plot 172, putting the finishing touches in place before the homeowners receive their keys and move into their new home.

It’s always rewarding to see a property come together at this stage, with all the hard work from the team resulting in a home that’s ready to be enjoyed.

Our team recently carried out a full decoration package, delivering a high-quality finish on time and to the client’s satisfaction, helping transform the space and create a fresh, welcoming environment for customers and staff.

A successful hospitality project complete ✔️

We’ve delivered a full refurbishment package across all 3 floors of this hospitality building, working out of hours to avoid the disruption of trading across 5 nights, bringing new life and a fresh finish throughout the space.

Scope of works included:
• Full decoration to all ceilings, walls & woodwork across all three floors
• Rip out and re-tiling of flooring areas
• Full rip out and tiling to the bar area
• Installation of wall murals & 28 artwork frames
• Replacement of all kick plates including any ad hoc joinery works
• Full deep clean to ensure the buildings ready for trading

A great effort from the team to deliver a high-quality finish and transform the space from top to bottom.
