Latest job was to replace the roof windows and tiles on a low pitched roof. The roof pitch was 15 degrees and the original tiles only go to 17.5 degrees. The window flashings were sagging letting water to backfall. So a new tile that will go to go down to existing pitch and new Velux windows with a bigger flashing.

Recently completed internal alterations to a house in Daveyhulme. Sun room, dining room and kitchen all opened up to make a large open plan kitchen and living space. Ceiling heights dropped slightly and boarded to make the space flow better. A new kitchen, media wall to customers specifications and vinyl herringbone click flooring to complete. Oak veneered doors fitted throughout the house and a glazed modern door to kitchen-hall opening. Also 3 curved edge ceilings re plastered.

Room plastered in a Victorian terrace. Ceiling was in a bad way so required over boarding. Then a skim coat to ceiling and walls. A few days drying time and all ready for a coat of emulsion. Do you require a room re plastering? Why not get in touch.

A recent kitchen remodel consisting of,
Taking out dining-kitchen dividing wall.
Re skim ceiling
Take out existing kitchen and fit new one.
Tile walls between units.
Fit bifold door to pantry and and bifold doors to opening between living room and new kitchen diner. Completed with herringbone vinyl click flooring to kitchen diner.
