Here is a flat roof that was failing and the existing material had reached the end of its life expectancy.

As you can see the dry slab discs had dug into the asphalt causing divets, the asphalt was removed back to the insulation the boarded with OSB board.

EPDM rubber roof system was then installed, along with new lead flashing.

The existing slabs were re layed using new dry slab disc.

Hello Everyone and Happy new year.

Here is a job we completed last year maintaining the roof.

The moss was removed from the roof tiles.

Then 4 old velux windows were removed and replaced them with new windows and flashings.

The ridge tiles were removed from the hips and ridgeline, as they had started to break down and crumble, new ridges where then fitted using mortar.

The existing fascia, soffit and guttering was all removed and replaced with new UPVC.

This brick on edge had to be replaced as it was letting water into the property, the existing bricks were holding water as they were porous.

We removed the existing bricks and layed new bricks along the top of the parapet wall, we also re pointed the top section of the wall as it has missing mortar.

Here is a roof that we renewed for K carvell Builders.

The existing tiles where removed from the roof along with the felt and batten.

New breathable membrane was fitted and then Marley Eternit slate was fitted, along with a dry ridge system.

The flat roofs where done in EPDM rubber.

We brought this summer house roof back to life.

The existing rotten wooden shingles where removed.

New felt and batten was fitted and then a Tapco lightweight slate was installed along with a dry verge system.

Hope you've all had a lovely Easter weekend.

Here is a Gable wall that we worked on, the wall was leaning over at the top where the wall ties had failed.

We removed both the verges and removed the top section of brickwork until we found plumb again.

The lower section of the wall was re pointed and then the top section was re built.

The existing tiles where cemented back on the roof on both verges to finish it off.

Roof replacement and cladding in Marlow bottom

The existing felt roof was removed, along with the UPVC cladding, Fascia and guttering.

New fascia and guttering was fixed in place, Osb board was fitted and then the EPDM rubber roof system was fitted on top.

New white UPVC shiplap cladding was fitted on the wall.
