First installation of the year in holmeswood, Rufford.
During the sale process of this property the septic tank was flagged up as non compliant with the new regulations from 2020, this created a delay in the exchange of contracts, potentially a loss of sale.
Don’t get caught out, get a survey done and upgrade before this stage of sale .
This installation was in unstable ground with a high water table.
