✨ It’s been a minute ✨
Sorry for the radio silence. Life has been extremely busy and lots have been going on behind the scenes. Here is recent drone and on foot images of the current stage of plot 2. A little progress day by day adds up to big results and I think we can all agree that she’s a beaut! The end is now in sight for the build of a wonderful family’s forever home. We are loving the birds eye view seen in the drone image. We will be getting one of the back shortly.

Kelly & Lee had the very hard decision between a flat or pitched roof to the left of the house and between finishing their chosen design in render or stone. Luckily for them they were able to choose.🙌🏽

Block/brickwork has finally begun on Plot 2. Can we please just take a moment to appreciate how beautiful and classy their choice of stone is? We cannot wait to see this complimented by the rest of their design choices. 🤩

PLOT IT PERFECTLY 📍

Choosing the right plot/position when building your own forever home is a vital and important part of the process. We like to take time to observe and assess the surroundings with regard to the noise, view and most importantly sun exposure (when it eventuates decided to show up).🌞

FOUNDATION FRIDAYS 🤩

Wine isn’t the only thing we’re pouring this Friday at Jones Building.🍾🍷

Check out Plot 2 at Tir Bro Dur getting its first load of concrete poured into place. Can you believe this took just over 42 tonne of concrete? 😵
More work will be completed by raft foundation specialist Jeff Evans next week before the rest of the concrete is poured!

The countdown is now on to start the block work on the fantastic property the owners of plot 2 have planned by and hopefully just in time for the dry (drier) weather ! 🧱👏🏽
