exterior of house we renovated a while back , all new facias and guttering installed by hall aspects of roofing , new windows and doors supplied by universal windows, installed by us 😀
huge double sliding doors installed by us after opening the rear of build and installation of steels .
a lot of work went into rear of the build , removed an old conservatory, bricked up a kitchen door and moved kitchen window , bricked up french doors and fitted slim high window on guest bedroom , removed bedroom window and brickwork to fit new french doors , then hall aspects of plastering rendered all rear walls on house to finish off , cut out and fitted new full glass door to side of property for access to house and new utility room ,
we also done massive renovation work to interior pictures to follow 😀🙌

Shower room Rip out and refit , all the floor was completely rotten , plasterboards rotten ,timber frame rotten from previous shoddy install,
had to remove and replace without causing damage to main bathroom area.
New floor installed, and framework , new boards all tanked and sealed , Matt pvc ceiling fitted , extractor and lighting fitted ,
stone shower tray installed, marble tiles supplied by Discount Tiles & Stone. Timmins Tiling Ceramics thanks for your help again on this one buddy top job as usual.
Pivot door installed and grohe thermostatic shower fitted .

Full room renovation in my own house was done through out the year with the odd day here and there I could grab between jobs ,
I still have a herringbone floor to lay in oak ,room is also a smart room that is controlled with Alexa from lighting to fire lights tv and sound system .
Time to relax for a bit now and enjoy Christmas 🎅
