🎄 2025 is officially a wrap 🎄

To all of our customers past and present, thank you for trusting us with your projects again this year. From the small jobs to the bigger projects, you were all as important.

We have been extremely busy this year and therefore will not be offering a call out service over the festive period to enjoy some well earned family time and rest.

A big thank you to all of our suppliers and subcontractors who have helped us this year.

We wish all of our customers a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

We have recently completed the refurbishment of 2 rooms for a returning customer.

A tired and dated hallway and living room modernised ready for the customers carpet and furniture delivery.

We completed the strip-out, removal of wall paper, over boarding of ceilings, full re-skim of walls and ceilings, coving, full decoration, LVT flooring to the hallway, replacement of skirting boards and architraves as well as new radiators in 4 rooms and some electrical alterations. Completed within 3 weeks.

I was taken aback by some feedback I received towards the end of this job. “We are super happy that you’ve made us feel comfortable in our own home while you’ve been here”.

This is something we never really consider - it just happens. But when we are working on your premises we a super happy that you feel that way. Renovation of any room is invasive, noisy, dusty and inconvenient, but to know you have noticed us being respectful, considerate, clean and friendly means the world.

Thanks to all of the team for making the customers feel this way.

Another one from yesterday- we replaced a job for a customer who had broken their previous one.

We had to re-structure some of the electrical wiring in the kitchen to re-supply the oven to correct previous poor installation.

Are your children gamers? Are they complaining that the internet is slow and their game is jittery?

This was the situation for a customer so we installed a hard-wired connection for them which doubled the broadband speed at their PC - allowing them to continue gaming and streaming stress free (stress free kids = happy parents!)

🚨 customer in distress alert!!! 🚨

We have been at this property this week to complete/re-do some work that was started by another “tradesman”. This customer put a request on social media for someone to attend, and thanks to some of our wonderful customers recommendations, we were contacted.

We managed to re-arrange the diary to find some time and get it sorted.

Please make sure you’re tradesman are always:
- accredited ✅
- insured ✅
- competent ✅

Pay once to have the job done properly. Cheap doesn’t always pay!
