New enclosure installed for electronic gates. Due to the original one disintegrating. Also added photocell for pillar lights.

This one was fun trying to track down as the junction box was hidden and inaccessible under the decking.
Which was filling up with water every time it rained.
So we installed a new enclosure with new glands, relocated to a more accessible area for future access.

These downlights where showing signs of age and badly terminated. So we replaced them all for new.

This was an interesting find last year. So we installed 3x Fused spurs and socket outlets for the Appliances.

Installed this extractor unit at the lovely Tregenna House in his garage to help prevent condensation build up.

Customer wanted better lighting on the landing. So got rid of the white pendant light and installed 5x downlights. Definitely a lot better.

This air BnB required interlinked smoke/heat alarms and also installed emergency lighting as requested by customer.

Replaced these 2 double sockets for 4x single sockets. Due to heat damage as the 4 compressors required 13amps each.

Nice Electronic Gate Kit Installed Last Week.

Well this is a job i dont get asked to do very often. So I get a call from Tony At Tregenna asking if I could Replace all the switches and socket outlets throughout this lovely house.
Removing all the modern plastic fittings and replacing them with these bakelite/wood style fittings. And I must say I think they look amazing, definitely suit the property.
