Two chimneys had previously been sealed with cement, which had cracked over time and allowed water to track through into the customer’s living room.

We stripped out the failed cement work, cleaned the area back properly, and installed new lead flashings to create a long-lasting, watertight finish.

Another proper repair completed.

Just wrapped this one up in Aberdeen.

Stripped right back and rebuilt from the structure up. New conservation rooflight fitted, traditional lead cappings installed and the whole roof re-slated. Really pleased with how this one turned out. The leadwork suits the building perfectly and the conservation window keeps the character of the property while bringing in plenty of natural light.
A lot of work went into this roof, but the finished result speaks for itself. 👍🏻🏠

Cement doesn’t stop water.

Finished this chimney detail today using traditional leadwork methods built to handle the Scottish weather properly. Small details like this make a massive difference long term. ✅

Dormer transformation completed by the YETI Roofing team 👌

We fully renewed this dormer with:
✔️ New slate installation
✔️ New flat roof system
✔️ Full replacement UPVC fascias, soffits & guttering

The old materials were tired and weathered, so everything was stripped back and rebuilt properly for a clean modern finish and long-term durability 🔨🌧️

A massive difference from the original condition.

Every Time The Wind Blew… These Slates Were Moving

After stripping the roof we found a lo t of the slates had been nailed in the wrong locations, leaving fixings exposed to wind and rain and causing the slates to slap in bad weather
