What a hot and busy week it's been, ready for it to cool down a touch 🥵 (only a touch though... don't want rain)

Great progress made on a few projects, got the old barn all blocked up internally which has transformed it, rebuilt the wall on Oxcliffe Road after joyriders smashed it down and also got the Garden room blockwork all finished ready for roof construction to commence 👌🏻

We also made a few site visits this week to look at some really nice potential jobs for next year, if you thinking of any projects then please get in touch and we will be happy to take a look and see if we can help.

Well..... this is 1 old and tired unit we are transforming before the owner puts it up for rental.

Initially we were asked to come in and block up 3 of the walls to approx 6 course of block high and then it was to have steel cladding on the top half, the 1st day on the job and that changed..... we are now going floor to ceiling with blockwork!!

Got to say though, it's starting to look very smart now with its new walls and fresh concrete floor 👌🏻

A little cheeky paving job squeezed in this week alongside our main project.

This house and steps were originally built by Steve just after Covid and they have been left unfinished due to the clients having more important priority's on this long term project.

The time had come to get this section looking pretty so they picked mint fossil Indian sandstone along with grey 2 part epoxy jointing compound to finish it off.

Now it's over to Coastal Electrical Services Ltd. to install some lovely LED lighting on the underside of the steps so we look forward to seeing that 😀

Bit of a beast this machine..... plenty of uses for this recycled hardcore with the future plans at this property 😀

Homeowner has had a great couple of days crushing and certainly saved a few quid with not disposing of the bricks and then buying in more hardcore 👌🏻
