When I was contacted by a local customer who explained that she had water dripping through the ground floor ceiling i had no choice but to investigate further…

On first review the shower tray appeared to be relatively well secured however I had to follow my gut on this one and when I removed the aftermarket trim it was very obvious where the leak had originated from.

There was only one cause of action for this issue and that was to strip back and replace the damp plasterboard before cleaning and reinstalling the original tiles and finishing with a full re-grout and fresh silicone.

Anyone with any suspicions bathroom grouting or silicone please get in touch to ensure a potential quick fix doesn’t turn into a more expensive problem!!
