🏡✨ Kitchen Extension Completed in Haslington ✨🏡

🧱 We used reclaimed handmade Cheshire red bricks to perfectly match the property, along with a stunning internal feature brick wall that adds plenty of character.

🔨 We removed two load-bearing walls and installed T-section steel beams to create a spacious, modern open-plan living area.

☀️ To flood the new space with natural light-
🪟 2 large Velux windows
🚪 A stylish bifold door

The result is a bright, open, and welcoming family space that's perfect for everyday living.

Another project progressing well in Endon! 👷‍♂️🏗️

Our team removed the existing garage roof and installed structural steelwork to support the first-floor build.
We then completed the masonry work using bricks matched to the existing, along with thermal blocks on the inner skin.

This project showcases our expertise in both structural steel installation and quality brickwork, delivering a strong, reliable foundation for the next phase of the build.

🏡🔨 Holmes Chapel Project Coming Along Nicely! 🔨🏡

Another fantastic project progressing well for the team! 💪

This has been a full project build from start to finish, beginning with the architect's drawings right through to the final result. The build is now complete and fully watertight, featuring:

✅ New windows and doors fitted
✅ 2 Velux roof lights installed for extra natural light ☀️
✅ New drainage works completed to accommodate a downstairs WC 🚽
✅ Existing bathroom renovation underway 🛁
✅ Juliet balcony installation to be added 🌿
✅ Internal wall removals to create a stunning open-plan kitchen and living space 🍽️🏠

The final internal works will be completed over the coming week, including:

⚡ Electrical installation
🚰 Plumbing
🎨 Plastering
