Found this at a tenanted property which passed a gas safety check only a couple weeks ago. The tenants complained about not feeling too well and CO Alarm going off. Upon inspection we found the flue was not connected and just hanging causing the co alarm to ring and the tenant to fall ill. We immediately condemned the boiler with a warning notice to the landlord and tenants.
