The customer had just bought the house and wanted to freshen up there bathroom without spending a fortune, the customer supplied and we done a fit only service, as there shower tray was in good condition we cleaned it up for them and added a new screen.

This transformation took less than a week to achieve and what a difference it make, we added a new extractor fan and put it on a switch outside the bathroom along with moving the pull cord also so it can run independently to the lights

We had a great time transforming this bathroom in the heart of Darras Hall this week.

We completely removed all the existing tiles and went back to brick.

All new pipework was installed for the concealed Tap’s, Shower, and wall hung toilet,

The tiles the customer chose look stunning with the black fittings, and who dose not love a free standing bath. The vanity unit just finishes it off.

All completed within the 10 days allocated

What a transformation for this rental, upgrading both bathroom’s and Kitchen with breakfast Bar, along with new flooring and carpet throughout. What a place to entertain guests and A Splash Of Class managed to get this property ready to be offered for rental to the community.
