Christine attended one of Paul Shamplina ( of Channel 4 fame) Landlord Action events that West Suffolk Council hosted a few years ago. He explains things in a very clear concise " call a spade a spade" easy to listen to, amusing Essex boy-style and keeps everyone's attention right from the very beginning to end! No idea of costings, fees etc or deals he would do for letting agents but he'd be well worth it for any letting agency big or small to contact or for any fellow struggling landlords getting to grips wth all the new regulations becoming law during May in the new year, there is no room for costly error!
