With artificial grass, it’s literally all about that base. Artificial grass is only as good as the installation beneath it.
A proper installation requires the correct excavation depth, the right sub-base materials, accurate levelling and a carefully prepared drainage system designed to cope with the British weather all year round. It’s the part you don’t see - but it’s the part that matters most.
If the base isn’t right, you’ll have serious drainage problems - standing water, uneven surfaces, sinking areas and gardens that quickly become unusable after heavy rain.
Since 2007, we’ve been installing artificial grass with a focus on long-term performance, not shortcuts. Our experience means we know how to build a lawn that not only looks great on day one and continues to perform for years to come 🌱
