I've been back this morning to finish off a job from the start of the month for a new customer, semi prepped and finished job pictures added, as always customer is happy and impressed with my work.
Quoted to undercoat and gloss, however upon preparing found the condition worse than expected so ended up replacing two sills and all the trims removed as rotten or loose.

It's been a busy this month working for a new customer, started off with tiling the bathroom walls and floor before lifting the floor to insulate for the customer to fit underfloor heating and then refitting new boards. I then fitted the kitchen by the customers instructions, fitted engineered oak flooring (unpictured and nearly finished), fitted bespoke fences 1 x 10m by 90cm tall and 1 x 3m by 180cm tall, made bespoke gates 180cm tall and fitted 3 x 8"x8" gate posts.
I will be returning at my earliest opportunity to finish flooring, finishing off the kitchen and making and fitting pedestrian gate.

I've been back at Spark:York CIC this week for the 1st rig week of the year, numerous tasks completed with pictures of some attached, 44hrs on site in 4 days plus 10hrs driving in total. Their staff will be on site early tomorrow for all the finishing touches in prep for the opening at 17.00hrs tomorrow evening.

I returned to a previous job today. The plumber has now finished fitting the bathroom which enabled me to caulk in preparation for the customer to decorate. I'd previously removed the stepped back top section and ceiling so the walls could be extended up to give more room in the bathroom and added three cut outs for portholes which will be fitted once decorated.
The main job today was to build a bespoke wardrobe in the bedroom which also encased the boiler with two end panels and doors purchased by the customer from B&Q.

I turned up to a new customer this morning to do a small wallpapering job, the first thing said to me was "please don't judge us" 🤔
I thoroughly enjoyed this job as it's the first time I've been paid to caress women 😜 and the customer was extremely happy with the outcome and my workmanship. Most of my work is through recommendations, so a massive thank you to those who do regularly recommend me.

This week has all been about laminate flooring for a new customer, front room and hallway (7 doorways) fully connected. Probably my most challenging to date, it took a little longer than expected but the customer was happy with the finished outcome.
