A £350 Honda CR-V and a very ambitious plan to turn it into a CR-V Type R. 👀

After spending a long life in Scotland, this CR-V became the starting point for Grace’s latest build, and part of that journey brought it to us for an underside dry ice blast.

The goal was simple: strip the underside back and see the true condition of the car before the build went any further.

And that’s exactly what we did.

But what we uncovered underneath wasn’t quite what anyone was expecting… 😬

Our footage cuts just before the nasties are revealed , because that part of the story is over on Grace Autos’ YouTube.

The good news? With the problems identified, Grace decided to press on with build and the CR-V is well on to the road to recovery.

This is exactly why an underside clean isn’t just about making things look good. Sometimes, it’s about finding what’s been hiding underneath before it becomes a much bigger problem.
