Kennametal Beyond HP Solid Carbide Dep-Hole Drills for Steel, Cast Iron, and Non-Ferrous Materials.
B27 HPG Series Solid Carbide Drills, made of KCPK20, are the optimum platform for drilling holes up to 30 x D deep in steel, cast iron, and stainless steel materials. The B27 HPG series drills deep holes up to 4 x faster than conventional HSS and gun drills. The application of MQL is possible.
The B27 HPS in the new uncoated KN25 grade offers the same advantages for drilling in non-ferrous materials, such as aluminium, copper, and brass.
